Frequency of Prenuptial Agreements on the Rise
In the most recent ABA (American Bar Association) Journal there was an article on the use of prenuptial agreements. The article noted that a survey of a majory family law attorney association revealed that 73 percent of lawyers in the association had seen a rise in prenuptial agreements over the past-five years. Further, prenuptial agreements are no longer for the rich as they are becoming more prevalent with middle-class couples.
